dedicated to making a home uniquely your own
we start by defining what home means to you, then we go find it. If we can't find it, we create it.
Lemonade Homes is a multi-faceted company that encompasses all things related to the home. We have a real estate arm fueled by Coldwell Banker Realty, a design component for rehabbing a house to make it your home, and a decorating element to refresh a space in your home.

We start by asking you to define what home means to you. We learn how you would like to live the life of your dreams in your home, and we work together to create that unique space.

We offer these services a la carte or in combination. What can we interest you in today?
let's meet
I'm Christina Rice, Home Enthusiast
I began my real estate journey flipping single-family homes to give them a new life. I see the value in homes that have fallen into disrepair, and I have a knack for designing and decorating unique spaces on a budget. Adding value through rehabbing remains a passion of mine to this day.

Over the years, I've managed large construction projects and helped stabilize and sell troubled assets throughout California from Santa Monica to Monterey and from Los Angeles to Ventura. I've even worked at a real estate auction house selling short sales and foreclosures located throughout the United States.

With my background in problem-solving different real estate transactions, I can't help but see the creative paths to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals. It doesn't matter if you're buying, selling, fixing up, or investing.

If there is a will, there is a way.
